We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• To schedule and deliver your counselling session
• To communicate with you via WhatsApp, phone, or email about your session
• To process your payment through Razorpay
• To send session reminders and follow-up support
• To improve our services and website experience

We will not use your academic details or personal information for any marketing or commercial purpose beyond the delivery of your counselling session.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Razorpay — Our payment processor, to complete transactions. Razorpay's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.
• Legal compliance — If required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. When you make a payment, you are subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours.

We receive confirmation of your payment from Razorpay, but we never have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials.

We retain your personal and academic information for up to 12 months after your session to enable follow-up support during the JoSAA counselling process. After this period, your data is deleted from our systems unless you request otherwise.
