Refund Policy

1. Overview
At JEEHub, we want you to feel confident booking your counselling session. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them. Our service fee is ₹999 (one-time, non-recurring).
Because our service involves the time and expertise of a human counsellor, refund eligibility is based on whether the session has been delivered.
2. Full Refunds — Eligible Cases
You are eligible for a full refund of ₹999 in the following cases:
- Session not yet scheduled — If you paid but your session has not been confirmed or scheduled within 48 hours, you may request a full refund at any time.
- Cancelled by JEEHub — If we are unable to conduct your session due to any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5–7 business days.
- Cancelled 24+ hours before session— If you cancel your scheduled session with at least 24 hours' notice, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- After session completion — Once your counselling session has been conducted, no refund will be issued, regardless of the outcome or decisions made based on our guidance.
- No-show — If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered consumed and no refund will be provided.
- Late cancellation— Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund, as the counsellor's time has been reserved.
- Dissatisfaction with guidance — We are committed to providing the best possible advice based on available data. However, differences of opinion regarding college choices do not constitute grounds for a refund once the session is complete.
4. Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email. We will do our best to accommodate a new time that works for both parties.
Each booking allows for one rescheduling without penalty. Additional rescheduling requests may not be accommodated depending on availability during peak JoSAA counselling periods.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your payment using one of the methods below. Include your name, registered phone number, and reason for the refund request.

6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking) within 5–7 business daysfrom the date of approval, subject to Razorpay's processing timelines.
You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your refund has been initiated. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe an unauthorized charge has been made, please contact us immediately at jeecounsellingapp@gmail.com before raising a dispute with your bank or Razorpay. We will resolve legitimate concerns promptly.
